It was fast and stable when I bought the monthly subs. I thought it was the best VPN until I bought the annual subs. It's hard to connect, not PC app friendly, no update notification at all and you need to do it manually by visiting their site to download the newer version. An annual price was very expensive compared to better VPN services I used before. If you're going to renew, try to cancel it. You'll get a discount BTW
I've been trying to solve a problem for a long time and I've sent a lot of emails to Bitdefender customer service. But neither voice nor hearing from Bitdefender. The people there are indifferent and ruthless,they are only interested in money. Yesterday I finally received an email from them and instead of trying to solve my problem,they apologized to me and thanked me for my patience.What more can I say? The people there are really ruthless and show contempt. Those who buy the application and are quiet are good customers and those who report a problem are hostile customers. I paid a lot of money for two subscriptions I have and instead of Bitdefender helping me,it throws me in the trash. A shocking example of avoiding these people and the application.
VPN is easy to install and has several interesting options included. So far the best and FASTEST VPN I have used. Will sure continue using it with the Bitdefender Total Security which is also high quality.
