After paying for the 2024 membership, about a month later I could no longer connect. I've sent a number of help desk request with no reply. Perhaps, the kicked me out because I one of their legacy members?? Yes, legacy users had a good pricing deal and a limited number (3) of connections. Ironsocket seems to have a terrible customer service! I would look elsewhere!
It hasn't worked for about 2 weeks now. I have sent in numerous support tickets and not had one reply!! Worked okay when it was working. I have more than 50 customers on the smart dns service. Would steer clear. As soon as they have your money your on your own
If you're torrenting there's settings in your torrent software you need to change, you need to force it to use the VPN. They don't provide this info and thus my IP was leaking. I logged a ticket on Nov 15th as urgent and as of Jan 19th there is no response. I have cancelled my service.
